Full Marathon Training: Saturday, December 12th, 2009
The spring marathon program is designed to prepare you for the April 11th GO!St. Louis Marathon. Coached long runs are on Saturday mornings. Pace specific groups are available for runners able to sustain a 12 minute/mile pace or faster. Runners must be able to run 6 miles without stopping at a 12 minute pace by the program start date and should have a running base of 15-20 miles per week.

Half Marathon Training: Saturday, January 16th, 2010
A 12-week program designed to train you for the April 11th GO!St. Louis Half Marathon. Pace groups for walkers, run/walkers and runners are available. Participants should be able to complete 4 miles at the program start and a weekly base of 8-10 miles is recommended.
