No Boundaries (Couch to 5K):

Training begins Wednesday,
August 23rd and ends Saturday, October 30th.
Registration available June 1st - August 1st.
Program capacity: 75 participants.
FLEET FEET Sports has added a fall No Boundaries program, a TRUE beginner 10 week program that will help you gradually build up to running, run/walking, or walking a 5K (3.1 mile) distance. The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activities of running and walking and to encourage them to live healthier lifestyles.
No Boundaries will offer participants guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment. The program will culminate with the Eye Run for Haiti 5K/10K, a goal which participants will work towards throughout the program. Coached group workouts are on Wednesday evenings (6:00pm) and Saturday mornings (7:00am) at Fenton City Park in Fenton, MO.
The No Boundaries program kicks off by attending one of three formal meetings at a FLEET FEET Sports store: Monday, August 2nd at 6:00pm in St. Charles, Wednesday, August 4th at 6:00pm in Fenton, Thursday, August 5th at 6:00pm in Chesterfield. This meeting will give you an opportunity to: receive program materials, meet the coaches, ask questions, and get assistance with what to wear for the upcoming training. Workouts begin Wednesday, August 25th.
