About the Team
Whether you are ready to take your first steps or run your tenth marathon, the FLEET FEET Training Team has a class for you! All of our programs are led by experienced and dedicated coaches who are ready to help you reach your personal goals and will provide encouragement and support from the first day of class through race day.
Each team is broken up into smaller pace-specific groups in which runners, walkers, and run/walkers train with class members of similar abilities and a designated pace coach. Training schedules are professionally and specifically designed with the goal distance and pace groups’ abilities in mind.
Additional support is provided through weekly training topic discussions and scheduled running and walking-related seminars, such as injury prevention, nutrition, and cross training.
Plus, it’s just more fun to train with a group!
