2008 Summer Speedwork Schedule

Each week between Memorial Day and Labor Day, FLEET FEET staff members direct structured interval sessions tailored to help runners peak for the fall racing season.  Workouts are designed to be beneficial to 5K racers and marathoners, alike.  All abilities are welcome.  You don't need to be speedy to do speedwork.  You just need to want to get speedier.
