Marathon Training Program - May 17th, 2008
A 17-week program designed to deliver you to the start line of
September 14th’s
Lewis & Clark Marathon trained and healthy. Pace
groups are available for those able to run a 12 min/mile and faster
and can complete 8 miles at the program start. This is a great “next
step” from the half marathon distance and first-timers are
encouraged to join! Coached long runs are on Saturday mornings and
Tuesday and Thursday workouts coincide with the FLEET FEET summer
track workouts. (A Chicago Marathon supplemental program is also
available.)

Chicago Marathon Training Program
(supplement) - May 17th, 2008
Participants training for the October
12th Chicago Marathon will utilize the fully-supported, 17 week
Lewis & Clark Marathon Training Program and run the Lewis & Clark
Half Marathon as part of their training. A supplemental schedule for
the remaining weeks leading up to Chicago is included in the price
of the program, and the long runs will be informal.
Half Marathon Program - June 21st, 2008
A 12-week program designed to prepare you for September 14th’s
Lewis & Clark Half Marathon. Pace groups for walkers, run/walkers
and runners (running pace groups for 12 min/mile and faster) are available. Coached long
runs are on Saturday mornings and Tuesday and Thursday workouts
coincide with the FLEET FEET summer track workouts. Half marathon
participants will have their own coaching staff but will meet at the
same long run locations as the marathon program.
