      I have had many so naming one is difficult.  I guess I would have to say is the friendship that has develop with my running buddy.  I do not know if we enjoy running more or our girl talk.

      Tough call.  I would go with Golden Grahams or Fiber One (just kidding)!

      Vanilla or butterfinger, or heath, or strawberry, or cookies and cream, or better batter @ Maggie Moos
