Paws for a Cause

Fort Zumwalt East High School is proud to host its second annual “Paws for A Cause” 5K walk/run on Saturday, April 17th at Quail Ridge Park in Wentzville, Mo. The race begins at 8am. This fun event is a perfect way to support your community as all profits go to two great St. Charles organizations; Youth in Need and F.I.S.H. Due to the overwhelming response and high number of participants last year, the race location was changed from the East High campus and the St. Peters streets to Quail Ridge Park, a location that provided less traffic and more room for the active runner. The Quail Ridge course takes place on the paved running paths in the park, featuring rolling hills and and great scenery.

Plaques will be awarded for top finishers in the following age groups; 17 and under, 18 to 25, 26 to 32, 33-40, and 41 and over.

Race day registration will take place at the group picnic area on race moring beginning at 7am.. Early registration (by March 12th) is $15.00, $20.00 for late registration (March 12-April 16th), and race day registration is $25.00. You can download an entry form.
