Paraquad’s Roll ‘N’ Race 5K and Fun Run

Paraquad's Roll N Race

Paraquad’s Roll ‘N’ Race 5K and Fun Run will start your spring racing schedule off right! Celebrate the beginning of spring with this scenic, carefully measured course! Paraquad, a center for independent living, is proud to host this exciting race! This walk, run, and roll will be held in Forest Park, at the Visitor's Center on Saturday, April 17, at 9:00am. The 5K course is a loop with lots of volunteers/cheerleaders to keep you safe and inspired. All proceeds will support Paraquad, providing programs and services for people with disabilities.

Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 19 & under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 & over. All participants will receive a t-shirt and finisher's ribbon, as well as water and 180 energy drink after the race.

Packet pickup will be at Paraquad, Inc. on Friday, April 16, from 9am until 3pm, and on race morning at the Visitor's Center beginning at 7:30am on race morning. Race day registration will also begin at 7:30 at the Visitor's Center. You can register by downloading an entry form. If you don’t actually want to do the race, you can register as a virtual runner and sleep in while your donation makes a difference for persons with disabilities!
